The Platinum Group was formed in order to give more of a personalized approach to a new customer. Many of our accounts have been using us for years and prefer to go through the automated system to schedule and track pickups or deliveries.
What the Platinum Group offers is a one on one relationship with our small friendly staff. You will speak to the same person who will be scheduling the pickup or delivery and who will be following through with it to make sure everything gets done. It's a mom and pop service with big company resources and coverage.
Billing is done daily. Once the move is completed you will be sent an invoice the following day via email or U.S. mail. Let us know which you prefer.
We would be able to provide you the Platinum Group service for not only pickup and deliveries within the NY/NJ metro area but any type of warehousing, convention center work, or special trailer needs. The resources available to us includes a fleet of 100 hundred plus drivers, dispatchers, warehouse personal and various types of equipment.
